Shipping Conditions

The following conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

Important notice for international customers:
Currently, we sell B2C (business-to-consumer) products only to Germany and Austria, as nearby countries. Visitors from other countries are kindly requested to contact their local distributor for purchasing options.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

  • DPD shipping: €3.95
    Free shipping is available for orders with a value of €49.00 or more. Please note that free shipping may not be available for certain products.
  • DHL shipping: €5.99
    Free shipping does not apply to DHL deliveries.

International deliveries:

  • €5.99 -€9.99

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product offer:

  • Germany: Delivery within 1–5 business days
  • International: Delivery within 3–7 business days after conclusion of the contract
    (For advance payment, delivery time begins after receipt of your payment instruction.)

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order includes items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
